GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. - Reservation should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
2. - Any adjustment should be advised to us at least 7 days before arrival.
3. - To ensure efficient handling of all reservations, maximum details are required on Dates/Flights of Arrival/Departure, Number and names of Passengers.
4. - Any reservation of hotel will be subject to the room availability at each hotel.
5. - Hotel booking Regulation of each hotel will apply to each confirmed booking.
6. - Please always advise Alternative Hotel Names.

CONFIRMATION
Normally, confirmation will be made by Fax, Email or Phone.

RATE / TOUR FARE
All rates and Tour Fare are Quoted NETT and NON-COMMISSIONABLE and subject to change with/without prior notice.

TOUR LEADER / GUIDE
We provide you with English, German, French, Dutch, Malay and Indonesian speaking guide.

PAYMENT
Full payment by Telex Transfer or Bank Draft should be made prior to the arrival of your client, unless there is a prior credit arrangement with our company. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation.

LIABILITY
Odessa Tours and/or its associated agents act only as agent for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals, and shall not be held responsible to any person as a result of the following :

1. - Inaccuracy, miss-description or changes to any tour its itinerary.
2. - Additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or any transport services, sickness.
3. - Weather, strikes quarantine or other causes.
4. - Extension of stay - flight arrangements that can not be confirmed.
5. - Odessa Tours assumes no liability for any damage or loss of baggage, personal effects or accident.

If you have a minimum group size and a special request for a trip itinerary, arrangements can be made to co-ordinate with your ideas.
